If your referral code isn’t applying, it could be because you and the person you’re referring are using the same internet connection; for example, if you're in the same household or workplace. When the system detects the same IP address, it may interpret this as a self-referral, which isn’t permitted under our referral program.
To resolve this, we recommend that the person you’re referring try redeeming the code using a different internet connection, such as switching to cellular data on their mobile device.
