While Australia is among the more than 60 countries where it has regulatory approval, Dairy Australia has confirmed that currently there are no known instances of Bovaer being used on Australian dairy farms.

Providing safe, sustainable dairy to use is our biggest priority. We will continue to look for new technology that can manage our climate impacts, but these solutions must not compromise animal wellbeing and milk quality, and they must be practical and scalable for pasture farming.

Collagen: We source our collagen in Australia. While Australia is among the more than 60 countries where it has regulatory approval, Dairy Australia has confirmed that currently there are no known instances of Bovaer being used on Australian dairy farms. It is also not used by farmers supplying our operations in the US where it is also approved for use. Our supplier has also confirmed that the grass-fed beef cattle which produces the bovine collagen peptide are free from Bovaer.

We continue to look for new technology that can manage our climate impacts while not compromising on animal wellbeing and milk quality. Solutions must be practical and scalable for pasture farming. We will continue to be guided by science when it comes to providing you with safe and sustainable dairy.
