I received my order, but it was missing the promotional item that I thought I was receiving.Updated 10 days ago

Sorry to hear your free gift was missing from your order. In some cases, the promotional item may have been accidentally dismissed during checkout. If the pop-up or promo prompt was closed, even by mistake, it can remove the free gift from your cart, meaning it won’t be included in the final order. You can check your order confirmation email to see if the free gift is listed. If it’s not shown there, it’s likely the promotion was skipped during checkout.
