Depending on the size, weight, and type of the products you ordered, we may have packed and shipped your items in separate parcels. This helps ensure everything arrives safely and efficiently.
You can check the status of each parcel by reviewing the tracking details sent to your email when your order was dispatched. If there are multiple packages, you’ll see separate tracking updates for each one.
If your order appears to have only one package delivered and an item is missing, please reach out to our Customer Experience team with your order number. We’ll jump on it right away and make sure everything is sorted for you as quickly as possible.
